Position: Senior Application Consultant (SAP BPC)

Utilize your product expertise, business knowledge, and Microsoft Excel skills to contribute as a team member to successfully deliver our Enterprise Performanace Management solutions. You will be responsible for the overall on time, on budget, and solutions delivery in accordance with best practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide the application architecture and design guidance along with team building and project management for large scale solution implementations
• Utilize your product expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to evaluate existing systems and user requirements to design and implement successful solutions
• Operate as the customer’s trusted advisor and work with them to extend their solution across the enterprise.
• Lead diverse and distributed teams of customers and partners to develop an overall solution vision and effectively communicate initiatives with the entire project team
• Communicate and present ideas and solutions to customer executives, project sponsors, customer team members, and partners

Work proactively and closely with sales and partners to drive new business and reference-able clients

Qualifications include:

• Expertise in application areas such as: budgeting, financial consolidation, business intelligence, activity based costing, balanced scorecards, or governance, risk, and compliance
• 5+ years experience managing and implementing EPM or BI solutions for large clients across a broad range of industries.
• Proven track record for successful delivery (on time, on budget, in accordance with best practices) of diverse EPM, GRC, or BI application solutions utilizing one or more of the following platforms: MS OLAP (Analysis Services), TM/1, Cognos, OFA, Hyperion Essbase, or Hyperion Enterprise.
• Superior interpersonal, client relationship management, team building, communication and leadership skills required.
• Deep expertise with multi-dimensional (OLAP) products, RDBMS technologies, and ETL tools; especially MS SQL/Server and Data Transformation Services (DTS/SSIS).
• Expert with MS Project or equivalent project management software required.
• Expert level MS Excel skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required.
• CA/CGA/CMA/MBA, or PMP Certification are big pluses.
